Prairie Belle "1-2-3" Menus $18.95
 
 
1)Choose an Entree: 
 
Northwest salmon Fillet of salmon scented with herbs paired with a lemon butter pasta.
Served with olive oil sautéed green beans & toasted almonds

 

Grilled pork loin Charred pork loin in a fruited wine glaze. Rosemary - garlic oven roasted potatoes and honey glazed carrots on side.
 
 
Seafood medley Seafood, scallops & shrimp in a white wine butter sauce. Served with a pasta primavera loaded with vegetables.
 
 
Chicken alfredo Grilled chicken breasts sliced and tossed in a wine based sauce with mushrooms and peas. Served with fettuccine and a vegetable.

 Gingered chicken  Sliced breasts with red and green bells in a spicy sweet sauce, paired with couscous and garlic green beans
 
 
Beef tenders  Grilled and sliced into a red wine reduction and paired with a choice of sides according to your tastes 

2) Choose a Salad:                             

 

Meadow  greens tossed in a sweet balsamic glaze with orange segments and toasted walnuts

 
Spinach Baby spinach tossed in a sweet balsamic glaze with hard boiled eggs and bacon crumbles $1.00 pp extra
 
Mixed Crispy iceberg, tomatoes and cucumber, choice of dressings
 
Caesar Chopped romaine lettuce with garlic cheese croutons, parmesan cheese and tangy caesar dressing
 
Greek Mixed greens with feta cheese, pitted   olives, peppers, sweet red onion, cucumber, feta cheese and Greek dressing   $1.00 extra  pp
 
 
3) Choose your Beverage:
 
Iced tea, coffee, punch
 
            We can add appetizers such as:
  • Vegetable crudités with fresh herbed dip
  • Cheese and fruit display w/crackers, breads and nuts
  • Guacamole & chips with salsa
  • Smoked salmon spread and artisan crackers
  • Olive tapenade with pita points

Menus are designed for parties of 20 or more guests and include the buffet service ware, disposables and service table linens for your Drop Off Dinner
 
Prairie Belle uses “eco” disposables with your drop off meal; made of corn, sugar cane, and other sustainable and  compostable products from our cutlery to the beverage and wine tumblers. Our meals are dropped off. PB staff can set up, then stay and serve and then tear down your buffet meal with labor expenses incurred. A transport fee, service charge & 8.3% sales tax are added to our meals.
